Park Drive house. These first 11 pictures are of a house on Park that just sold (after about a year at least on the market) for $143k. However, the people who sold it, bought it for around $185k in 2006! Also, I it has a finished basement, two car garage, and new driveway. Very nice remodel and staging. Note nice tiled porch.
