1991 New England, PEI

For our 45th anniversary (God is good!) I thought I'd upload pix from our 25th anniversary trip, which we took in 1991. We visited many sites in the northeast, with the furthest point being Prince Edward Island. Enjoy this trip back in time.

  • We made a brief stop at the Johnson City (New York) Alliance Church and met the pastor. He did a bit of a double-take when Art said, "I'm the pastor of Johnson City Alliance Church." but recovered and showed us around. CPI used to sometime confuse our orders (and invoices!).

  • On the shore walk tour, a ranger explains the intricacies of life in a tidal pool. I especially wanted to do this one, because I remember doing the same tour when our family visited Acadia, when I was thirteen.

  • I remembered Anemone Cave from our visit in 1960 but it wasn't on any of the maps. Someone told us where it was and how to get there, so we were able to go to another of my "memory places."
